Questions buyers often ask us

Do you build to an existing architect's plans?

Yes. We're equally comfortable as design-and-build or pure construction partner — many of our clients come to us with an architect already engaged.

What's your minimum block size?

We've built on lots as small as 350 sqm. The bigger question is orientation, easements and overlays — we'll do a site assessment before signing anything.

Can I make changes during the build?

Yes, through a formal variation. We'd rather you make the changes during design where they cost almost nothing than mid-build where they cost a lot.

Do you do fixed-price contracts?

Yes — all our custom home contracts are fixed-price after the design and selections process. No surprises mid-build.
