“Eight months from slab to handover on an acreage build with a BAL overlay and rainwater storage. Every milestone hit the schedule. We're already telling friends.”
Frequently asked questions
Questions buyers often ask us
What's the steepest site you'll build on?
We've built on cross-falls up to 1:3. Beyond that the engineering cost usually outweighs the site benefit — we'll tell you honestly at the assessment.
Do sloping blocks cost more to build on?
Yes — typically 8–15% more for retaining, suspended slabs and access. The view and orientation usually make it worth it.
Can I get a level backyard on a sloping site?
Yes, via cut-and-fill or a retained terrace. Many of our sloping-block clients end up with the best pool deck in the suburb.
Do you handle the structural engineering?
Yes — we coordinate engineers, geotechs and certifiers as part of the design-and-build contract.
