  • ★★★★★
“Evermore took our brief, our budget and our awkward sloping block and turned them into a home that feels like it was always meant to be there. The communication week-to-week made the build feel effortless.”

“We were nervous about a knockdown rebuild. Evermore handled demolition, council and construction so we never had to call a different trade. Family-owned, design-led — exactly what we wanted.”

Frequently asked questions

Questions buyers often ask us

Do you work on Queenslanders / heritage homes?

Yes — a large portion of our renovation work is on character homes. We restore the original elements and add contemporary additions sympathetically.

Do I need development approval (DA)?

For most renovations within the existing footprint, no. For extensions or character-protected homes, yes — we manage the DA on your behalf.

Can we live in the home during the renovation?

Usually not safely — we'd rather you rent in-suburb than try to live in a working site. We can phase the work if absolutely required.

How do you price renovations?

Initial budget range at design, fixed-price contract after the documentation is complete. Hidden defects in old homes are handled through clearly-priced provisional sums.
