Questions buyers often ask us

How long does a knockdown rebuild take end to end?

Typically 14–18 months from contract to handover, including demolition and approvals. We coordinate everything under a single contract.

Do I need to move out for the whole build?

Yes, for the duration of demolition and construction. Many of our KDR clients rent in-suburb so they can watch the build progress.

Can I keep my existing pool / shed / driveway?

Often, yes — we'll do a feasibility assessment of what stays before we lock the design.

What about asbestos in the existing home?

Pre-demolition asbestos surveys are standard practice. We use licensed removalists and the cost is included in our KDR fixed-price contract.
