A renovate-and-extend brief on a much-loved Grange Queenslander, retaining original character while doubling functional living area.

Working under and around the existing dwelling while it remained partially occupied, plus matching new VJ joinery to original profiles.

A staged build sequence (rear extension, then under-house excavation) with custom-machined joinery to invisibly blend old and new.
